Income requirement: 2.5x Monthly Rent (student may exempt from income requirement)
Image of valid photo ID is required
The following grounds may result in Declined:
Collections or unpaid rent to a previous landlord
Negative/adverse rental history
Unverifiable Social Security Number
Poor credit history
Eviction in the past 5 years
